FHA loan tips for home buyers seeking a mortgage – Sep. 23, 2009 .
I thought this would be informative for those of you who would like to understand more about FHA backed loans.
In a world of financial chaos, FHA loans are becoming the loan of choice. For several reasons.. 1- most often they have better interest rates compared to conventional financing, 2- The affordability of the loan, with the melt down of the financial sector, the first thing that went away were 100% financed loans.. Which I am so confused on why that would happen, I mean come on, I have a job give me 100% of the money for my house please.. Well needless to say apparently it is good to have borrowers actually have a stake in their homes/loans? Who would have thought that?
I guess the real factor for the public leaning towards these FHA loans is the minimal down payment they require compared to Conventional financing. FHA loans only require 3.5% of the purchase price as a down payment. Most conventional is going to be 10 – 20% down. And as you all know, down payments? I thought the Govt. does that for me?
So in a nut shell, FHA loans are going to be the loan of choice for a while by default. People don’t have a lot of cash right now, and so therefore will need uncle Sam to help with the Down Payment.. I am sure in the coming months or years, when the banks believe the sky is not falling they will come back with some aggressive loans to push the market back up.. And thus start the merry go round once again…
Ok, everyone.. I thought you all would appreciate a little info on the upcoming Haunted Events throughout Salt Lake City, UTAH. Below are the lists of plays, concerts, and great Haunted House’s throughout the valley.. This is a great time to get out and enjoy the wonderful fall weather..

Viaduct depends on $100M project – Salt Lake Tribune.
I love when I read things like this.. You all need to check out this article. Another great project in downtown Salt Lake City, UTAH. I have been saying for sometime now, Salt Lake City UTAH is going to be transformed into one of the great metropolitan cities in the United States, with everything we have to offer. You add the Downtown element to that, and we will become a world wide destination for all aspects of society..
This article is a little hard to follow, but basically explains how there is another $100 million project slated just North of the Gateway, this is going to transform the gateway area into something even more spectacular. If you consider the new City Creek Center, this new one just announced, 2100 S. and Main street. And many others slated to come on line. Our cityscape is going to be completely different in the coming years, and with this exciting news is the potential for economic growth. Now I am sure many of you heard of our new economic powerhouse team here in Utah. Gov. Gary Herbert appointed Utah businessman and philanthropist Spencer P. Eccles to lead the Governor’s Office of Economic Development,he will be joined by Josh Romney, son of former Massachusetts governor and presidential hopeful Mitt Romney. The younger Romney will serve as the state’s national business recruitment policy adviser. The new duo will be the leaders to bring business into the Utah Economic scene.. I am excited about the possibilities and the future this holds for Utah as a whole..
