For those of us who are familiar with the Shops at Riverwoods in Provo, this should be a breath of fresh air. I am really excited about the indoor surfing location.. If you are familiar at all with the one up in Ogden, I am sure this is going to be a huge hit with all those BYU fans.. 
When the markets fall, deals come up and investors snatch them up.. So this is great news for those, who live in and aroudn the area..

Huntsman Family acquires Sotheby’s Franchise in Idaho and Wyoming. The luxury Real Estate Brad of Sotheby’s international has a new owner.. The Hunstman Family.. Many in the Salt Lake Valley are familiar with the household name of the Huntsman’s..
Interestingly, the Hunstman Family has decided to become a franchise owner of the Sotheby’s Brand. I think this is a great idea, NOt just because I am a broker for Sotheby’s Salt Lake office, but rather I have seen their Huntsman Springs project, and the Luxury Real Estate market share Sothebys has on the United States is unsurpassed. Which will help them sell their project.. I welcome them to the family.

So this is great news.. I am glad to hear our neighbors down south are doing a little better. The important part of the article to point out, is the affordable price range of properties that are actually selling.
Is is a surprise that throughout the country the one thing that is the same in every different real estate market is that affordable housing is actually kind of hot right now? What do I mean by hot? It does not surprise me one bit that the million dollar golf course properties down in St. George that were in the parade of homes are still sitting vacant after the banks have foreclosed on them, not that many people in our country can truely afford a second or third home of that caliber.. Shocker..
Anyway, good job St. George Utah. Keep up the good work..
