$6,000 Home Run Grants are GONE!!

The $6,000 New Construction grants offered by the state of Utah are all officially gone as of yesterday. There were about 1,600 to start and there are none left.  Hopefully you weren’t sitting on the fence waiting to find the right new construction property to use this.

Don’t let the other $8,000 tax incentive pass you by either. It is up at the end of the year and really is an amazing benefit for first time home buyers. Please let us know if you have any questions about how to use this.

    One down, and one to go after Nov. 30th. Can’t wait for the artificial stimulus to work it’s way through the system. Next spring/summer should be a good time to buy a house in Salt Lake City. Prices will reflect what they are actually worth, with increased mortgage rates thrown into the mix to push the prices down further.
