Q2 Spring Market – April Predictions

It’s that time of the year again for our April predictions – It’s no secret if you look at the statistics. Salt Lake City is a seasonal market, in fact we always see the most appreciation in the second quarter (from April – June). Up, down, sideways, recession – our growth is always in this period.

Four of the last six years – we’ve seen median price for single family homes rise over double digits. Thats $300,000.00 from “snow on the ground” to $350,000.00 by the time the snow melts. Think about how crazy that is! Watch the video to get the whole story.
