So I had to post this… Apparently Movie stars know a lot about Short Sales. This is a perfect example everyone, even the rich and famous are being effected by the downturn. I am pretty sure its probably because Brian Austin Green ran out of all the money he made on 90210 a long time ago.. I think he should just have his hot Girlfriend Megan Fox buy the house on a short Sale??

I guess the downturn in the Real Estate market has a lot farther reaching effect than we ever thought.  Pretty soon, all of Hollywood Hills will be a short sale :)
