Great survey, more people need to know about what is really going on in the Utah Realestate market. People will be shocked when their payment is $300 more just because of rates..

I don’t think they will. If they do, I don’t think it will be very drastic.

Fed has announced most likely interest rates will climb up to a point higher by summer..

Interest Rates most likely will rise

Who knows what will happen, but one thing is guaranteed. They will not stay this low forever..

I think they’ll be going up this year sadly. I wish they could always be under 5.25% but I just don’t see that happening. Hopefully I’m wrong though…

Well the responses are in for the survey!

63.6% of people answered that “YES” rates will rise
9.1% of the people answered that “NO” rates won’t rise
0% answered that “YES they will rise, but I am still waiting and will have a higher monthly payment…”
27.3% answered “YES, rates will rise and I’m hoping to take advantage right now by finding a home. I feel home prices have bottomed out in Salt Lake”

    Thanks for your interest!
