Spence and I sold this house TWICE in the past. IN 2005 for $210K and it was TRASHED, one of the most wasted houses I have ever seen. THEN in 2006 STILL TRASHED for $240K.
NOW it;s totally remodeled and being repossed and we just got a call from the bank saying they would accept a $245k OFFER. Nieghborhood comps in this bad market at $300K. If anyone is interested in it please e-mail or call one of us ASAP……we would need to know in the next day or two or the bank will move onto the next person.
