Killer Bank Deal
So a good friend of mine just got the okay from the bank to fire sale this new house at Traverse Ridge by Cabellas. the nieghbrohood has jsut recently sold new homes there for $330K. Before the bad market the developer was selling the places for $375K-$400K…………..
If someone can close in the next 3 weeks I can get them a BRAND NEW, FULLY FINISHED, 2 car garage home there for $270K! That is cheep price per foot than ANYTHING new that is listed out there EAST of 1-15!
