    I thought it was interesting how Utah as a whole has had a 2.0% job growth. This can only mean good things for our local economy and the local real estate market. I have read several articles and lots of economists are predicting the second half of 2008 to be better than the first. Anyone looking to buy should not let a good deal pass them up in the second half of the year.
