Spence and I have had this project listed now for over 6 months. With the down market it took more time to make it come to fruition. However, the anticipation has mounted and the developer is in the begining phases of consrtction. The townhoems will be constrcuted frist followed by the condo building houseing 16 units. We have taken full reservations for the whole development but I do believe some of them will fall out (likely about 30%) So if you are still interested in a unit….let us know!
Town homes will be 1500 sq. ft. with an additional 400 sq. ft terrace space on the roof. 2 car garage
Price will be $310,000
Condos will be from 700 sq ft – 1200 sq ft. they will all have 1 car garage parking space underground.
price’s will be from $170,000 – $250,000
