October home sales rise 10.1 pct from September – Real Estate Statistics
October home sales rise 10.1 pct from September – Yahoo! News.
Well it looks like I was right in regards to Home Sales for the month of October. My business partners and I all have found the same data here in Salt Lake City’s own Real Estate Market. Obviously we saw this due to the First Time Home Buyer Tax Credit that people were trying to take advantage of before it expired. Now that it has been extended until April 2010 I think we will continue to see steady activity over the coming months as people continue to capitalize on the opportunity.
