Owners of Shops at Riverwoods plan redo for Provo mall | Deseret News.

For those of us who are familiar with the Shops at Riverwoods in Provo, this should be a breath of fresh air. I am really excited about the indoor surfing location.. If you are familiar at all with the one up in Ogden, I am sure this is going to be a huge hit with all those BYU fans.. :)

When the markets fall, deals come up and investors snatch them up.. So this is great news for those, who live in and aroudn the area..

Want some serious cash back when you buy your home? Then check out this link:

For example, if you buy a $300,000 house you would get over $6,500 in cash back just by using this agent!

Think about it… why pay 3% of the value of your home to a buyers agent when you can take that money in cash for yourself!?!?

Sounds like a good plan although what Blue Monkey does not realize is that this is illegal and against the contract. SINCE the SELLER is the one who pays the commission and the LISTING AGENT (one who puts the house up for sale) is the one who decides to “Half” the commission with the buyers agent you can’t just “GIFT” it back to the buyer as blue monkey is offering. Since the seller PAYS the SELLER has to authorize this to happen. Typically when a buyer is UNREPRESENTED they do one of two things: SAVE the SELLER 3% or Bonus the listing agent and let them double side the commission! Know your laws and rules before you toy with the contract. Doesn’t make sense? Call or e-mail us anytime and we will help you understand……………
