What will happen to interest rates??

Tell us your opinion what will happen to rates. Right now (July 6, 2009) rates are 5.25% for a 30 year fixed. Still low historically, but up from the 4.75% rates that we were seeing a couple months ago. Here’s a link to the article from the Wall Street Journal.
