We pride ourselves on making your transaction a success.  For two decades, Utah Cribs has proven the passion we have for our industry.  We manage one of the top offices within the top-producing brand in the state.  Furthermore, with our personal sales team consisting of three seasoned brokers and four top agents we are experts in: market statistics and trends, contract knowledge, negotiation, pertinent technology, and the ability to provide the best possible service to our clients.  Our main goal is to have a happy client at the end of the transaction and we do that through consistent and effective communication combined with our precise and unique marketing strategies.

Spencer Janke

When not selling real estate, Spencer can be found either climbing Mt. Blanc in France or enjoying the fresh Utah Snow at any ski resort with his wife. He graduated from the University of Utah with a dual degree in Economics and Communications. Spencer is a salesman through and through, he enjoys the prospecting part of the job and feels the more people he can talk to, the faster a home will sell. Spencer prides himself in his ability to communicate with the client and work through any problem that could arise during a transaction. Over the past 8 years he has earned many awards for being one of the top salesmen in the Salt Lake area. His passion is evident from the moment you meet him. If you need to talk to an agent at 11:00 on a Saturday night to ask a question, Spencer is your guy!

Jake Breen

Jake is a thrill seeking family man.  If he is not with his two girls, two boys, and wife or working, he will be racing down a mountain biking trail or doing back rolls on his wakeboard.  Jake graduated with his MBA from Westminster College and got his undergraduate degree from the University of Utah in Communications and Spanish.  Jake’s love and passion for market statistics are fundamental to the success of the team.  He is a true market expert.  He is known for his ability to organize numbers and statistics, which in turn allows for negotiating top dollar for your home.  If you need to know how many homes sold in your neighborhood and what the average price was, Jake is your guy!

Peter Smith

Peter was born and raised in Salt Lake City, Utah. He graduated from the University of Utah with a degree in Communication and a minor in Psychology and is a diehard Ute fan. He is a proud father to his daughter and 2 boys and has been happily married to his beautiful wife for over 10 years. After graduating college Peter secured a job with a top corporation in the Auto Insurance Industry and spent the next 5 years helping injury victims evaluate and negotiate their settlements. Peter’s skills in negotiating and problem-solving were greatly enhanced during this time and would later serve him well when he joined his lifelong friend as a member of the Utah Cribs Team. Peter has helped many friends and family buy and sell real estate. In addition to traditional buyers and sellers, Peter specializes in short sale processing and negotiations as well as evaluating investment properties. When not working on files in the office or out showing homes to clients he can be found hanging out with his family and spending time in the mountains.

David Desso

David started his real estate career early, helping his father construct and remodel houses during summer breaks in elementary school. Later, he worked in clinical research and acquired a degree in Healthcare Administration, but never forgot his love for real estate.  These days, David focuses on the housing needs of busy healthcare professionals.  When not working, you can find him enjoying Utah with his wife Rebecca, Shelby the Dog, and Porkin the Cat. Oh yeah, he also has two kids, Jack and Mabel Jane!

Jamie Kearns

Born and raised in the Idaho countryside, I learned a lot about hard work from a very young age. I attended the University of Idaho and graduated in 2013 with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Anthropology and a minor in Architecture. I met my husband, Thomas, in school during an architecture class. After he graduated in 2014, we became engaged and moved to Portland, Oregon for his career as a landscape architect. We moved to Salt Lake City in October of 2015 for Thomas’s job. Shortly thereafter, I earned my real estate license and joined the Glenwild Realty team. From there, I went to Berkshire Hathaway Utah HomeServices. I can share my experiences of recently transplanting to Salt Lake City to help others who are moving to the area. I am fully focused on providing the highest customer service that I can to all of my clients. I am excited to help you through this process and to help you become part of the Salt Lake and Park City communities!

Adam Breen

Adam is the owner of Breen Homes and dedicated member to the SLCHBA (Salt Lake City Home Builder Association) and NHBA (National Home Builders Association). Over the past decade he’s built everything from track housing to high end custom homes valued over $5,000,000. Adam graduated from the University of Utah, and found he had a passion for not just swinging a hammer but for designing a project, making it unique and doing it right; on-time, on budget. Although young Adam has an extensive knowledge of the home building industry from land layout to framing onto design and final touches. Having been a head foremen for a large production builder for over 5 years, he oversaw the construction of 35-50 homes a year. His experience ranges from your starter hometown homes all the way up to multi-million dollar properties like the house he built for the 2013 Parade of Homes or the cutting-edge contemporary one up Emigration Canyon in 2014. Adam is also an integral partner of the Utah Cribs Development Company where he works closely with a group of Realtors and Developers to fulfill his dream of building Utah’s future one lot and house at a time. His ability to walk a client through the entire process from the right land to design and then construction has been a huge asset to professionals and clients seeking professional help in the industry.

George Reade

George Reade heralds from Southern California, where he attended school before spending 6 years in the military. Subsequently, after spending more than 30 years in the automobile business, George moved to Utah with his family and entered the Real Estate business. He has spent the last 15 years with the Utah Cribs Team and Prudential Utah Real Estate, whom he credits for his successes. George is active in his church and is most grateful for his wonderful wife, Mary, and their 4 children and 7 grandchildren. He and his wife enjoy playing golf, swimming, and traveling. George can’t say enough about the wonderful brokers, agents, and clients he has met while providing Real Estate services. He is most thankful for the many friends he has made and for the opportunity to help purchasers find the home of their dreams, particularly first-time home buyers, and for the chance to work with clients in the successful sale of their homes.

Brad Miles

Whether it’s a mountain biking trip to St. George with his wife, a hunting trip to Nebraska, or a tour of Europe there are many things Brad enjoys doing.  He graduated from the University of Utah with a Masters of Real Estate Development.  Brad prides himself on evaluation property values and getting homes sold faster for more money.

He has been a natural salesman from a young age; doing lemonade stands, trading sports cards and more recently has returned from leading door to door pest control and solar teams to overachieve their revenue numbers.
